Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the questions Afghan learners ask us most — about courses, enrollment, payments, technical support, and studying online in Afghanistan.

📚 Courses & Training

We offer three formats: (1) Live online instructor-led classes via Zoom and Microsoft Teams, (2) Self-paced recorded courses accessible from your dashboard, and (3) In-person training at our Kabul campus. Every live session is recorded and uploaded to your learning dashboard within 6–24 hours so you can review missed lessons — especially helpful when internet connectivity drops during class [citation:3].
We review and update our course content every quarter to align with the latest exam objectives from Red Hat, Cisco, AWS, Microsoft, Linux Professional Institute, and other certifying bodies. Our instructors also add new hands-on labs and real-world projects based on student feedback and industry trends.
Our instructors teach primarily in Dari/Farsi and Pashto, with technical course material and exam content delivered in English. This bilingual approach ensures you understand complex concepts in your native language while preparing for internationally recognized certifications where English terminology is standard.
Recorded sessions remain available in your personal learning dashboard for as long as your course enrollment is active. For certification courses, this typically means 6–12 months of access. You can stream videos anytime — downloading is not permitted to protect our instructors' intellectual property.

📝 Enrollment & Admissions

Enrollment takes four simple steps: (1) Fill out the enquiry form on our website or message us on WhatsApp. (2) Our IT counselor contacts you to discuss your background, goals, and the best course fit. (3) Complete payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or mobile money. (4) Receive instant access to your learning dashboard once payment is confirmed.
Yes — and we strongly encourage it. Our advisors offer free one-on-one counseling to assess your current skills, discuss career goals, and recommend the best learning path. Whether you are in Kabul, Herat, Mazar-i-Sharif, or anywhere else in Afghanistan, you can schedule a session by phone or video call.
Absolutely. We welcome students from Afghanistan, Turkey, and around the world. Our platform is accessible internationally, and we support learners from the Afghan diaspora studying from Pakistan, Iran, Europe, North America, and beyond. Course content is delivered in English, Farsi, and Pashto.
Yes. We offer a free 30-minute demo session for most courses so you can experience our teaching style before committing. Contact our team to book a demo class in your preferred subject and language.

💳 Payments & Refunds

We accept bank transfers (Afghanistan and international), credit/debit cards, and mobile money services available in Afghanistan such as M-Paisa. All transactions comply with Da Afghanistan Bank (DAB) regulations. For international students, we also support PayPal and Wise where available.
You may request a full refund (minus payment processing fees) within 7 working days of enrollment, in line with Afghan consumer protection principles. Refunds are processed through the same payment channel you used and typically take 7–10 business days. Exam voucher fees are non-refundable once issued. See our full Refund Policy page for details.
No. The price you see is the price you pay. Tuition covers live classes, recorded sessions, course materials, hands-on labs, and access to your learning dashboard. Exam vouchers (for Red Hat, AWS, Cisco, etc.) are separate and clearly quoted upfront if you need them.

🇦🇫 Learning in Afghanistan

Don't worry. Every live session is recorded and uploaded to your dashboard within 6–24 hours [citation:3]. If your connection drops, simply log back in when it stabilizes, or watch the recorded session later. We also recommend downloading course materials in advance when you have a strong connection, so you can study offline during outages.
Yes. Our online learning platform is designed to work on modest bandwidth and mobile devices. Many of our students study from provinces across Afghanistan — Herat, Balkh, Kandahar, Nangarhar, and beyond. If you face connectivity challenges, our support team can help you optimize your setup and access recorded materials during low-bandwidth periods.
Every TechHub certificate includes a unique verification code. Employers and institutions can verify authenticity through our online Certificate Verification tool (available at techhub.af/certificate-verify). We also maintain a public registry of all issued certificates to prevent fraudulent credentials — an important protection in the Afghan EdTech space where fake certificate schemes have targeted students [citation:13].
